According to the technical scheme, the combined type centrifuge tube for preparation of cytological paraffin block by using trace cast-off cells comprises a special dehydration embedding box and is characterized by further comprising a top tube, a cell mass collecting forming tube and a bottom tube which are all made of transparent material, wherein the top tube is a through tube, the inner and outer diameters of one end of the top tube are closed at the same time and the outer diameter of the top tube is provided with a thread.
