Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent monitoring system for hazardous chemical substance logistics. The system comprises a vehicle-mounted terminal, a video monitoring system, a multi-sensor detecting system and a backstage real-time monitoring management system. The video monitoring system comprises four cameras which are respectively used for conducting vehicle front side shooting and shooting of a loading and unloading liquid inlet and a loading and unloading liquid outlet of a conveying vehicle, and a video signal is sent to the vehicle-mounted terminal for processing. A multi-sensor detecting system comprises a speed sensor, an acceleration speed sensor, an included angle sensor, a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor and a liquid level sensor, and the multi-sensor detecting system transmits collected data to the vehicle-mounted terminal for data fusion processing. The vehicle-mounted terminal is connected with the backstage real-time monitoring management system, vehicle-mounted terminal information is transmitted to a backstage real-time monitoring management system in real time, and the backstage real-time monitoring management system analyzes and processes received data and meanwhile conducts corresponding answer processing when receiving a request. The vehicle-mounted terminal serves as a core data processing module, conducts fusion of the video signal and multi-sensor data, and conducts real-time communication with the backstage real-time monitoring system.
