The invention discloses an application deployment method, CPE, and an application deployment system. The application deployment method includes that when an application needs installing, the application deployment system sends an application installing request to target CPE through an auto-configuration server, wherein the application installing request contains information of the application to be installed; the target CPE obtains the information of the application to be installed, downloads the application from an application file server according to the information of the application to be installed and installs the application. According to the application deployment method, the CPE, and the application deployment system, on the basis of the TR069 protocol, a dynamic application deployment system is created; therefore, customers can install and uninstall applications more conveniently.
