Abstract

The invention provides a modeling method and device of a spinning machine. The modeling method includes obtaining a CAD (computer-aided design) model through topological optimization, and drawing structures of a plurality of parts in the spinning machine and a hollow rib grid structure of the spinning machine in the CAD model; converting the CAD model into a parameterized CAE (computer aided engineering) surface-structured model; establishing a finite element parametric model of the spinning machine according to the parameterized CAE surface-structured model; subjecting the finite element parametric model to parameter optimization to obtain an optimized spinning machine structure. By the modeling method, the spinning machine can be designed through a parameterized finite element, and optimization efficiency and product performance of the spinning machine are improved.
