Abstract

A sending part maintains a virtual sending window win, calculates the change rate of the handling capacity, adjusts the virtual sending window win according to the state of the ECN-echo position in received ACK and the dynamic conditions of the change rate of the handling capacity, and finally calculates a new sending rate according to win.
