The device comprises a confining pressure servo system, a pneumatic servo system and a data acquisition and processing system, wherein the confining pressure servo system can apply 0 to 60MPa of confining pressure to the lateral side of a low-permeability rock sample; the pneumatic servo system consists of an air injection system and an air permeating system; the air injection system can provide 0.1 to 10MPa of high-purity nitrogen; the air permeating system can conduct air permeation tests of two different ranges on a pipeline loop and a steel cylinder loop; and the data acquisition and processing system can real-timely acquire pressure of the rock sample at an inlet and outlet loops, and can be used for drawing a pressure-time curve of the inlet and outlet loops, automatically calculating the permeability of the rock sample, storing and displaying the result. The measurement device provided by the invention can perform permeability measurement tests of rock materials, especially low-permeability rocks, under different confining pressures, has the advantages of simpleness in operation and reliable result, and can display result visually.
