Abstract

The invention provides a high heating value gas boiler, of which the fuel is high heating value gas. Steam produced by the boiler can be used for power generation, steam supply and heating, so that energy is reasonably utilized. The boiler comprises a firebox, a tail shaft, water walls, overheaters, coal economizers, air preheaters and a horizontal flue, wherein the upper part of the firebox is communicated with that of the tail shaft through the horizontal flue. The boiler is characterized in that the water walls surrounds the firebox; a roof overheater is arranged on the side wall of the tail shaft; a wall enclosure overheater is arranged on the side wall of the horizontal flue; the water walls, the roof overheater and the wall enclosure overheater adopt membrane-type wall structures; at least two burners are arranged on the front wall of the firebox side by side; the lower part of the front water wall on the inner side of the front wall inclines by 5 degrees and extends backwards to the back wall of the firebox to form a boiler bottom water wall; a firebrick layer is arrange above the boiler bottom water wall; and the overheaters comprise a high-temperature overheater, a low-temperature overheater, the roof overheater and the wall enclosure overheater.
