Abstract

An optimization method and system for the number of monitoring units of a digital man-machine interface. The method comprises: conducting fuzzy segmentation on the number of monitoring units of a digital man-machine interface to be processed to establish a fuzzy optimization factor sequence; conducting segmented immune evolution on the fuzzy optimization factor sequence to extract fuzzy optimization factors, and respectively conducting computation of monitoring human error probabilities on the extracted fuzzy optimization factors; judging whether the monitoring human error probabilities trend to be stable or not, if so, terminating the evolution, and if not, returning the operation of the segmented immune evolution; and comparing the plurality of obtained monitoring human error probabilities, and selecting a fuzzy optimization factor with the minimum monitoring human error probability as a value range of the optimal number of the monitoring units. The method and system can quickly and efficiently optimize the optimal number of the monitoring units to ensure the efficiency and the quality of obtaining monitoring data by an operator, and improve the safety and reliability of a digital control system.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of digital control of nuclear power plants, in particular to a method and system for optimizing the number of digital human-machine interface monitoring units applied to the digital control system of nuclear power plants. Background technique [0002] The operator obtains information on the current operating status of the factory through the man-machine interface, and performs corresponding actions after making judgments and decisions based on the obtained information. Experience shows that the quality of human-computer interface design will affect a series of behaviors such as information acquisition and judgment. Among the accidents in the digital control system, accidents caused by human factors have taken the main position, and human-induced accidents have become the main source of accidents in nuclear power plants and chemical plants. For example, 60%-90% of system failures are attributed to human factors. Misop...
