Embodiment Construction

[0015] For further illustrating the present invention, specifically illustrate in conjunction with following examples:

[0016] 1. Sample pretreatment

[0017] Cloth and sticker toys: Cut the toy samples into pieces with scissors to less than 5mm×5mm, and mix well. Accurately weigh 1.0g sample (accurate to 1mg), place it in a 50mL Erlenmeyer flask (or 50mL stoppered test tube), add 20mL acetone as the extraction solvent, stopper the bottle tightly, seal it with a parafilm, and extract by ultrasonic at room temperature 20min. The supernatant in the extract was sucked, passed through a 0.45 μm microporous PTFE filter membrane, and then subjected to gas chromatography-ion trap mass spectrometry.

[0018] Plastic toys: crush the toy sample with a cutting grinder or cut it with scissors, weigh 1.0g sample into a 50mL conical flask, add 10mL reagent to dissolve (ABS plastic is dissolved in acetone, PS plastic is dissolved in dichloromethane, PVC plastic dissolved in tetrahydrofur...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for simultaneously detecting residual amounts of 13 phenolic alcohol sensitization aromatics in a toy. The method realizes simultaneous detection of 13 phenolic alcohol sensitization aromatics such as benzyl alcohol, linalool, 4-methoxyphenol, citronellol, geraniol, 4-ethoxyphenol, anise alcohol, p-tert-butylphenol, cinnamyl alcohol, eugenol, isoeugenol, amylcinnamyl alcohol and farnesol in a toy for the first time by the gas chromatography-ion trap tandem mass spectrometry technology, and fills the technical gap. The method can be used for detecting plush toys, paster toys and plastic toys (prepared from ABS, PVC and PS materials), and has a wide application range and strong applicability. The ion trap tandem mass spectrometry realizes qualification and quantification by two-stage mass spectrometry MS / MS and thus the method has good qualification and quantification effects on a toy sample having a complex matrix.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a detection technology, in particular to a method for simultaneously measuring the residual amount of 13 phenolic alcohol allergenic fragrances in toys. Background technique [0002] Fragrances or flavoring agents are often added during the production of toys to give them a scent and thereby increase their appeal to children. Flavors and fragrances are usually composed of dozens to hundreds of organic compounds with aromatic odors. Not all of these compounds are safe and harmless, and some substances have strong allergens, so-called allergenic fragrances. Relevant studies have shown that at least 1-2% of people will develop allergic symptoms after exposure to fragrance substances, such as asthma and other respiratory diseases, headaches, mucosal symptoms, itchy dermatitis, etc. When toys containing allergenic substances are played by children, these substances will enter the body through skin, inhalation, saliva, etc., thus ca...
