Abstract

The invention discloses a method of displaying an image of an image measurement instrument, and belongs to the filed of the image measurement instrument. The method comprises 1) distributing a graph buffer area in an internal memory to be used as a mapping area, wherein the advantages of using a buffer memory are that graphing is conducted at a back stage in advance, after graphing is completed, the graphing is updated to a liquid crystal display (LCD) to be displayed, and the flare phenomenon in graphing display can be removed; 2) invoking all pixels from a pixel list obtained by the image measurement instrument, calculating the relative positions of each pixel and a current grating coordinate, and confirming the pixels which need to be graphed; 3) sequentially graphing the pixels which need to be graphed to the graph buffer area; and 4) updating data of the graph buffer area to the LCD to form a needed image.
