The first user selects a file needing to be shared and generates a corresponding two-dimensional code, and the second user obtains the two-dimensional code from the first user, and sends a visit request to a cloud storage server. After the cloud storage server receives the visit request, the cloud storage server sends feedback information to the second user, after the second user receives the feedback information, the second user submits a receiving-confirming information, after the cloud storage server receives the receiving-confirming information, the cloud storage server maps the shared file to the storage space of the second user at the mapping end of the cloud storage server.
