Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, whether it is the power supply bureau, the main station manufacturer, or the electric power research institution in China, the mining and analysis of a large amount of data collected by the metering automation system is still in the exploratory stage. Time and identification of stealing methods, there is no established method and application system

Embodiment Construction

[0053] A specific method of the present invention is described in detail below in conjunction with the attached table and with a 10kV special variable three-phase three-wire metering device:

[0054] In this embodiment, the three-phase voltage, current, total and phase-separated active power, total and phase-separated reactive power, total and phase-separated power factor, and each voltage and current element collected by the metering automation system or recorded by the terminal The phase angle is defined as follows:

[0055] U1—the voltage of the first element recorded by the electric energy meter or the terminal;

[0056] U3—the voltage of the second element recorded by the electric energy meter or the terminal;

[0057] I1—the current of the first element recorded by the electric energy meter or the terminal;

[0058] I3—the current of the second element recorded by the electric energy meter or the terminal;

Abstract

The invention discloses an on-line monitoring method of primary side shunt electric stealing of a CT (current transformer) of a 10kV special variable metering device, particularly relates to a method for searching for and locking electricity stealers by analyzing data which is acquired by a metering automation system. The on-line monitoring method is mainly characterized in that users who match a condition are treated as electricity stealing suspects by comparing whether power factor angle lag deviant values of split phases of time points to be inspected relative to interval time points are in the range of 40-65 DEG or not; and the electricity stealing suspects who cause abnormal line loss are treated as the electricity stealers by analyzing the data of line loss inflection point. The method for monitoring electricity stealing behaviors has very high accuracy; and an application of the method surely can bring great convenience to prevention of the electric larceny operation of utility companies.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to an online monitoring method for current transformer (hereinafter referred to as CT) of a 10kV special variable metering device for shunting and stealing electricity on the primary side, and specifically relates to a method for collecting electricity through a metering automation system (also called an electricity consumption information collection system, the same below). Analyze the data to find out the suspected electricity theft, lock the electricity theft, the time of the electricity theft and identify the method of diversion. Background technique [0002] In the existing technology, the 10KV power grid has installed special variable metering devices and metering automation terminals (also known as power consumption information collection terminals, hereinafter referred to as terminals) for each power user, which are used for automatic meter reading, line loss analysis, metering management, etc. On the one hand, it provides...
