Problems solved by technology

So far, there is no report on the inhibitory effect of nucleic acid preparations on hyaluronidase activity. The closest prior art solution is to extract, isolate and purify 1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-β from plants -D-glucose (PGG) is an inhibitor of hyaluronidase activity, but its separation and purification process is cumbersome and the yield is low

[0020] 1. Sequence Alignment

[0021] The miR164 is not particularly limited to plant species, and it is found that miR164 is found in grape (Vitis vinifera, vvi-miR164a / c / d), apple (Malus domestica, mdm-miR164b / c / d / e / f), muskmelon (Cucumis melo, cme-miR164c / d) and other 22 species of plants are highly conserved, and the sequence alignment results are shown in Table 1.

[0025] 2. Sequence synthesis and extraction method

[0026] The method for obtaining miR164 is not particularly limited, and it can be obtained through synthesis or extraction from plants. In addition, when extracting from a plant, the plant used as a raw material is not particularly limited. In addition, miR164 can be extracted by using only one of the above plants, or can be extracted by combining two or more plants. For plants such as grapes, the preferred raw tissues are roots, leaves, flowers and unripe fruit.

Abstract

The invention discloses miRNA for restricting activity of hyaluronidase and application thereof. The sequence is shown in SEQIDNo.1. The miRNA can be used for preparing a drug for restricting the activity of the hyaluronidase. The miRNA is small nucleotide which is specifically separated and extracted from natural plant, and is simple and feasible, and relatively low in cost. The hydrating solution disclosed by the invention can be stored at low temperature, is safe and free of pollution, and has no other residual organic solvents.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of tiny nucleotides, in particular to a type of miRNA inhibiting hyaluronidase activity and its application. Background technique [0002] MicroRNAs (microRNAs; miRNA, also known as small molecule RNA) are RNA molecules with a length of about 16 to 26 nucleotides that widely exist in eukaryotes and can regulate the expression of other genes. miRNAs are RNAs that are transcribed from some DNA but cannot be further translated into proteins (non-coding RNAs). These RNAs transition from primary transcripts, or pri-miRNAs, to stem-loop structures called pre-miRNAs, and finally to functional mature miRNAs. The length of pri-miRNA is about 300~1000 bases. After pri-miRNA is processed once, it becomes pre-miRNA, which is the precursor of microRNA, and the length is about 70~90 bases. After pre-miRNA is digested by Dicer enzyme , becoming a mature miRNA with a length of about 16~26nt. Its characteristics are: (1) ...
