The system comprises a web module, a communication module and a verifying module. The web module is used for transmitting request command to the communication module, timely obtaining data tasks and receiving and displaying power quality data from thecommunication module in graph and chart modes. Based on the IEC 61850 communication protocol, the communication module is used for being connected with a power quality monitoring device, transmittingstatistic data and real time data which are required by the power quality monitoring system and configuring configuration information of the power quality monitoring device. The verifying module is used for detecting and configuring the power quality monitoring device. Power quality monitoring devices of different manufacturers can be brought into the power quality monitoring system to achieve device diversity and improve adaptability of the power quality monitoring system. The communication module based on the IEC 61850 communication protocol resolves the problem of data transmission of a real time channel and can further transmit power quality data interchange format (PQDIF) files of statistic data to achieve comprehensive control of mass data.
