Abstract

The invention discloses a device for measuring sediment thickness of a pile base of a cast-in-situ bored pile and belongs to a cast-in-situ bored pile detecting device. The device for measuring the sediment thickness of the pile base of the cast-in-situ bored pile is characterized by mainly consisting of a measuring barrel, a gate segment, a main lifting rope and a digging rope. The measuring barrel mainly consists of a barrel body and a barrel bottom which are made into a whole; the barrel body is a vertical cavity rectangular body; the barrel bottom is a quadrilateral cone bottom; the middle lower part of the right side face of the barrel body is provided with a rectangular slurry inlet; chutes are symmetrically and vertically welded at the middle lower part of the right side face of the barrel body in the manner of corresponding to parts respectively located at the outer sides of the front hole edge and the rear hole edge of the rectangular slurry inlet; the rectangular gate segment is glidingly arranged in the front chutes and the rear chutes; a limited rod is horizontally welded at the top end part of the gate segment; a lifting ring is welded at the middle part of the top end of the gate segment; the digging rope is tied on the lifting ring; the middle lower part of the front side face and the rear side face of the barrel body are respectively provided with a drain hole; filter screens are respectively arranged on the drain holes; and the main lifting rope is fixedly tied at the top end part of the barrel body. The sediment thickness can be rapidly and accurately measured, and the construction quality of the cast-in-situ bored pile is improved.
