Abstract

A cavernous body above the permeable plate is arranged in the inner cavity of the box cover. A water filling port is arranged in the top of the box cover and covered with a seal cover. Four corners of the permeable plate are respectively and fixedly provided with four supporting rods. Sliding rollers are respectively and movably connected between the lower ends of the two supporting rods of the front side and between the lower ends of two supporting rods of the back side. Wiping cloth is coated outside the two sliding rollers.
