Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-target reliability optimization technique for direct impact safety of an automobile. According to the multi-target reliability optimization technique, uncertainty of parameters of physical dimension and materials of automobile parts is considered, uncertain parameters are described by using an ellipsoid convex model, and a constraint function in a multi-target model is processed by means of a reliability index calculation method based on a volume ratio; and simultaneously, an approximation model is established on the basis of a response surface method. By means of the multi-target optimization technique, the influence of the uncertain parameters of a structure on safety during automobile crash is analyzed, and riding safety of passengers is improved.
