Abstract

The invention discloses a construction method of a permeable roof system. The construction method comprises the following steps of: (1) arranging a waterproof layer on a beam slab of a roof concrete structure and an upstream face which is built at the corner position of a rooftop wall; and (2) arranging a moisture absorption and desorption dewatering packing layer on the waterproof layer, wherein the moisture absorption and desorption dewatering packing layer is made of a breathable water-absorbing material and has the functions of moisture absorption and desorption and dewatering. The invention also provides the permeable roof system which comprises the waterproof layer and the moisture absorption and desorption dewatering packing layer. The invention also provides a foam heat retaining panel and a dewatering panel which are used for the permeable roof system. The permeable roof system is capable of meeting the heat preservation energy saving requirement of the roof, facilitates the reduction of the heat island effect of buildings, and also causes the service life of water damage preventive measures for the roof to be as long as the service life of the main body structure so that the roof structure can be easily repaired once cracks and leakage occur; and the permeable roof system has the characteristics of easily aviable material, convenience in construction and maintenance and the like.
