Abstract

The invention relates to an electromagnetic-controlled artificial anal sphincter apparatus based on a rectum sensing function. The electromagnetic-controlled artificial anal sphincter apparatus comprises a hinge-shaped mechanism which is composed of a first pressing plate and a second pressing plate, a DC (Direct Current) pushing-pulling electromagnet, an arc closing mechanism, a small-size sliding block and two pressure sensors; at a left side, the first pressing plate and the second pressing plate are hinged through a hinge to form a transmission pair; the electromagnet is fixed on the second pressing plate; a pushing rod in the electromagnet penetrates through a small hole of the second pressing plate and is connected with the first pressing plate through the sliding block; the arc closing mechanism is fixed at tail ends of the two pressing plates; meanwhile, two flexible baffle plates are fixed at a left side and a right side of the arc closing mechanism. The electromagnetic-controlled artificial anal sphincter apparatus is arranged in the body of a patient, and a function as an anal sphincter can be played; the pressure sensor is used for sensing pressure in rectum and analyzing amount of human excrement, and then judging whether the electromagnet is electrified or not, so that opening or closing of an artificial anal sphincter can be directly controlled. The apparatus has the advantages of simple design, convenience in manufacturing and simpleness in operation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device in the technical field of medical devices, in particular to an electromagnetically controlled artificial anal sphincter device based on rectal sensing function. Background technique [0002] Anal incontinence refers to the impairment of the ability to control defecation, which is mainly manifested clinically as inability to control defecation. It not only brings pain to patients, but also brings burden to society. Fecal incontinence is a clinically common disease. According to statistics, the incidence rate of adults is as high as 2%, and the incidence rate of people over 65 years old can reach 7%. Fecal incontinence has become one of the diseases that urgently need to be solved on the spot. [0003] Severe fecal incontinence is caused by the loss of function of the anal sphincter or the removal of the anal sphincter. The surgical treatment of this fecal incontinence includes enterostomy and artificial anal sphincter....
