Culture solution exchange holes formed in the bottom of the catch box are communicated with the solution holes in the bottom of the seedling raising box through hoses. One end of the solution outlet pump is communicated with a water outlet on the bottom of the catch box, and the other end of the solution outlet pump is communicated with a water inlet on the upper end of the culture solution storage container.
