The invention provides a pearl E cream which is prepared according to the following steps of: adding white vaseline, stearic acid and glycerin monostearate into an oil phase pan, heating to 80 DEG C, melting, stirring for 14 minutes, and adding menthol into the oil phase pan; continuously stirring for 1 minute; adding purified water, glycerol, lauryl sodium sulfate, safflower extract and pseudo-ginseng extract into a water phase pan, heating to 80 DEG C, and stirring for 15 minutes; pouring the materials in the oil phase pan into a vacuum emulsifying pan, and then pouring the materials in the water phase pan into the vacuum emulsifying pan; stirring for cooling to 65 DEG C, and then adding honey, ass-hide glue, white oil, vitamin E and essence; for uniformly dispersing powder, blending the pearl powder with the purified water and the glycerol to prepare a uniform suspension, and manually mixing uniformly; slowly adding the mixture into the emulsifying pan, homogenizing and emulsifying for 5 minutes, insulating for 10 minutes, and cooling to 45 DEG C so as to obtain the pearl E cream; conveying the pearl E cream into a tubing machine for tubing; and adding an outer packing material, printing, packing in a small box, packing in a middle box, boxing, inspecting packs, putting certificates of approval, sealing, putting for testing, and warehousing.
