The invention also discloses a device for acquiring the data, which comprises a data acquiring request receiving module, a data identifier acquiring module and a first data acquiring data. According to the embodiment provided by the invention, the identifier of data is determined according to the data selection condition, and all data corresponding to the data identifier is acquired according to the data identifier at one time.
