Embodiment 1

[0022] (1) Use conventional methods to obtain real-time satellite remote sensing monitoring picture data of mountainous areas to be warned of fires through existing public satellite monitoring system receiving devices, for example, to obtain EOS (abbreviation for Earth Observation System in English) of mountainous areas to be warned of fires. The Chinese translation is the US Earth Observation System Satellite-Medium Resolution Imaging Spectrometer) real-time Terra (satellite name.) satellite remote sensing monitoring picture data;

[0023] (2), according to the real-time satellite remote sensing monitoring picture data of the mountain area to be fire warning obtained in step (1), such as the Terrra satellite remote sensing monitoring picture data described in step (1), use conventional methods to identify fire points and obtain the fire point latitude and longitude information;

[0024] (3) Use conventional methods to establish a comprehensive geographic information platform ...

Embodiment 2

[0033] Steps (1) to (5.3) are the same as in Example 1;

[0034] (5.4) Use conventional methods to judge the ground vegetation status at the location of the fire point determined in step (4). The judgment result shows that the ground vegetation at the location of the fire point determined in step (4) is a paddy field and does not belong to flammable vegetation. Judgment that the ground vegetation condition does not meet the fire warning conditions;

[0035](6) According to the judgment made in step (5.4) of step (5), the ground vegetation condition does not meet the fire warning conditions, give the conclusion that "the fire point is not dangerous to the nearby transmission lines" and make a decision not to issue a fire warning.

Abstract

The invention discloses a satellite-monitoring-based fire alarming method for a mountain power transmission line. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) acquiring the real-time data of an alarming mountain; (2) identifying a fire point; (3) establishing a power grid integrated geographic information platform; (4) positioning the fire point; (5) giving an alarm for a fire according to the ground characteristics of the fire point; and (6) making a decision about whether to publish the fire alarm or not. The step (5) specifically comprises the following steps of: (5.1) analyzing a distance between the fire point and the power transmission line; (5.2) analyzing the two ground climatic conditions of wind speed and wind direction; (5.3) analyzing a ground slope and a ground aspect; and (5.4) analyzing a ground vegetation condition. By the method, 1, information about the alarm for a mountain fire in the vicinity of the power transmission line can be timely published, so that the loss of lives and properties of the people can be reduced; 2, the method is high in feasibility and operability; 3, the method is high in alarming reliability; and 4, the method plays an important role in the maintenance of safe and stable running of a power grid.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of electrical engineering, and in particular relates to a method for early warning of fires in mountainous power transmission lines based on satellite monitoring. Background technique [0002] With the development of society, human beings are increasingly dependent on electricity, and mountain fires often cause line trips due to damage to nearby mountain fires, affecting power supply and posing a threat to the stability of the grid structure. At the same time, the pollution caused by the fire also makes it very difficult for the line to reclose the gate, which seriously affects the restoration of power supply of the transmission line. The threat is also getting worse. However, due to the fact that the transmission lines are all over the mountains, the ground features are complex, and the distribution area is wide, manual inspection is difficult to monitor comprehensively. Therefore, no mature fire monitorin...
