The air intake and exhaust device is used for exhausting or supplementing air in the aerostat and comprises a one-way valve, a blower, a motor, a rolling shaft and two pull ropes, wherein the one-way valve comprises a housing, a base and a mounting flange; the blower is mounted on the mounting flange; the blower and the base are positioned on two opposite sides of the mounting flange; the blower can output wind power to open two hinges on the base; the motor is accommodated in the housing and fixed on the inside wall of the housing; the rolling shaft is driven by the motor to roll and is parallel to the plane where the mounting flange is arranged; and the motor drives the rolling shaft to rotate to drive the two pull ropes to be wound on or unwound from the rolling shaft, so as to open or close the two hinges. The invention has the advantage that air exhaust of the one-way valve and air intake of the blower can be realized in the same passage.
