Abstract
The invention relates to polyphenol active compound in aromatic tobacco and preparation method and application thereof, belongs to the field of tobacco chemical research, and more particularly relates to polyphenol active compound obtained by separating aromatic tobacco, and application of the polyphenol active compound to controlling tobacco mosaic virus. Entire tobacco plants are subjected to extraction by 95% methanol, and are subjected to silica column chromatography and coarse segmentation prior to separation by preparative chromatography so as to obtain the polyphenol active compound (I). The polyphenol active compound has the advantages of environmental friendliness, low cost, safety to people and livestock, high tobacco mosaic virus resistance and the like, and can be used as novel plant virus controlling agent for tobacco mosaic virus.
Description
technical field The invention belongs to the field of tobacco chemistry research, more specifically, the invention relates to a new polyphenol compound isolated from oriental tobacco and its application in preventing and treating tobacco mosaic virus. Background technique Tobacco mosaic virus, abbreviated as TMV, is the pathogen of tobacco mosaic disease and belongs to the Tobamovirus group. After tobacco plants are infected, the lateral veins and branch veins of young leaves are translucent, that is, bright veins. The mesophyll tissue on both sides of the veins gradually becomes pale green. The virus proliferates in a large amount in the leaf tissue, causing some mesophyll cells to increase or multiply, and the leaves appear uneven in thickness, yellow and green in color, and show a mosaic shape. The mottled degree of the posterior mosaic leaves increases, and a large area of dark brown necrotic spots appears, especially in the middle and lower parts of the old leaves. ...
