Embodiment 1

[0016] A method for realizing random switching frequency pulse width modulation of a power electronic device, comprising the following steps:

[0017] 1. In the current switching cycle, the DSP chip uses the congruence method to generate a random number X (n+1) :

[0018] x (n+1) =(a×X (n) +c)mod(m)

[0019] One value of the three coefficients is:

[0020] a=2 16 +3=65539

[0021] c=1

[0022] m=2 32 =4294967296

[0023] Set an initial value, such as X (0) = 1, after the program is executed once, a random number X will be generated (1) , with the continuous loop execution of the program, a series of random numbers X are generated (1) 、X (2) 、X (3) …X (n) 、X (n+1)  … The program for generating random numbers can be executed once every switching cycle, so that each switching cycle will get a new random number, and the range of random numbers is 0 to 4294967296;

[0024] 2. Use the random number obtained in each switching cycle to calculate the next value Y of th...

Abstract

The invention discloses a pulse width modulation implementation method for random switching frequency of a power electronic device. During the current switching period, a random number is generated by a DSP (digital signal processor) chip according to a mathematical algorithm, a periodical register value and a comparison register value are calculated by utilizing the random number; the periodical register value is stored in a shadow register of a periodical register during the current switching period to serve as a value of the periodical register in the next switching period, the comparison register value is stored in the shadow register of a comparison register during the current switching period to serve as a value of the comparison register in the next switching period; and when the current switching period is over, the random number is filled in the periodical register and the comparison register respectively by the shadow register of the periodical register and the shadow register of the comparison register. By the aid of the pulse width modulation implementation method, the length and the duty ratio of the next switching period are relatively random compared with those of the previous switching period, and the switching frequency modulated by the pulse width is randomly variable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a random switching frequency pulse width modulation technology of a power electronic device, in particular to a method for realizing random switching frequency pulse width modulation of a power electronic device. Background technique [0002] Pulse width modulation is a commonly used control method for power electronic devices. When performing pulse width modulation, the switching frequency of the power device (IGBT or MOSFET) is usually fixed, for example, the switching frequency is fixed at 10kHz. By changing the control circuit and control program, the switching frequency of the power device can be changed randomly within a set range, for example, the designed switching frequency can be changed randomly within the range of 5kHz to 10kHz. Such pulse width modulation in which the switching frequency changes randomly is generally called random frequency pulse width modulation (Random Frequency Pulse Width Modulation, hereinaft...
