Abstract

The Chinese medicinal extract liquid is made from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 100 of Poria cocos, 10 to 50 of Fructus Macrocarpii, 10 to 50 of Ganoderma lucidum, and 10 to 35 of Fructus Viticis; and 1 to 20 of Salvia miltiorrhiza and 1 to 15 of Hibiscus sabdariffa can serve as adjuvant to be added in the raw materials for extraction. The Chinese medicinal extract is prepared by use of a ZLUPD high differential pressure continuous low-temperature high-efficiency extractor. The raw materials and solvents are mixed thoroughly by low-temperature differential pressure extraction technique, and then, under the powerful mechanical force generated due to high differential pressure in instantaneous vacuum-pressurization-vacuum cyclic variation, the tissue cells of the raw materials are broken and the effective components dissolve directly, resulting in a high transfer rate up to more than 90%. The extract liquid is filtered by a microporous membrane to produce a golden yellow transparent liquid which is added to anti-allergic cosmetics and is characterized in having stable properties, being absorbed rapidly by skin cells and having good anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects.
