Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic baffle plate device for a lifting roller table conveyor for producing a manmade board, which comprises at least one group of automatic baffle plate mechanisms mounted on a discharging side of a lifting roller table of the lifting roller table conveyor. Each automatic baffle plate mechanism comprises a buffering baffle plate and a lifting mechanism, wherein the lifting mechanism drives the buffering baffle plate to lift along with the lifting roller table. The automatic baffle plate device ingeniously uses the eccentric action of the gravity of an eccentric swing rod to drive the buffering baffle plates in an operating state to be constantly higher than an upper plane of the lifting roller table so as to baffle a backing plate. When the lifting roller table descends, the eccentric swing rod rotates by the aid of the descending height of the lifting roller table, the buffering baffle plates descend to a position below the upper plane of the lifting roller table, and the baffle plates are out of the operating state to facilitate discharging. Lifting of the automatic baffle plate device is realized by a simple mechanical structure, and the automatic baffle plate device is accurate and reliable in running action, low in manufacturing cost, inexpensive and practical.
