The streaming device always performs the streaming towards the water flow, so the acting force of the water flow on the netting can be reduced, valid culture water inside the netting can be further increased, and the culture capacity can be increased. The netting can be adequately unfolded by the inflating pipes and the cantilever, and the streaming device is coupled, so the culture capacity of the netting is basically maintained stable. After water is filled inside the inflating pipes, the entire device is sunken into the water, so an effect on preventing the wave force can be played. The one-way streaming cage has advantages of high streaming efficiency, good wave-resistant and water flow resistant effect and large and stable valid culture capacity.
