The electric control cabinet is provided with a gas regulating valve, an air regulating valve, a gas flowmeter, an air flowmeter, a gas pressure gauge, an air pressure gauge, a display instrument for temperature inside the box, an environmental humidity display instrument, and an electronic micro anemometer. The device is characterized in that: it additionally includes a computer equipped with control software, and a time display controller; the gas flowmeter, the air flowmeter, the gas pressure gauge, the air pressure gauge, the display instrument for temperature inside the box, the environmental humidity display instrument, the electronic micro anemometer, and the time display controller are respectively provided with a data communication interface and are in communication connection with a computer through respective data communication interface; the gas regulating valve and the air regulating valve are both electric control valves and respectively act according to control signals output from the computer.
