Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a method, device and system for sending a surveying reference signal SRS. The method for sending the SRS comprises the steps of: sending DCI (Downlink Control Information) carrying SRS information bits to a terminal, wherein the SRS information bits at least include 2 bits, and the SRS information bits include the information for indicating the terminal to re-perform parameter configuration of periodic SRS or the information for indicating the terminal to perform carrier-crossing triggering of dynamic non-periodic SRS; and receiving the SRS sent by the terminal according to the SRS information bit. According to the embodiment of the invention, some of the configurations of the SRS information bits in the DCI are redefined, so that the DCI can be used for not only the parameter configuration and triggering of the non-periodic SRS but also the realization of other functions, such as re-performing of the parameter configuration of the periodic SRS, the carrier-crossing triggering of the dynamic non-periodic SRS and the like.
