The inflatable car pillow comprises a cover bag and a main air bag which is arranged in the cover bag, wherein the auxiliary air bag is also overlapped on the main air bag and has a U-shaped or cambered structure; a separation strip is arranged between the auxiliary air bag and the main air bag and is provided with an air flow passage; the main air bag is provided with an inflation device; and the two ends of the cover bag are provided with connecting structures.
