Abstract

In the current sigmoid colon and rectum partial resection, the conventional method finishes colorectal anastomosis by inserting a circular anastomat through an anus; the circular anastomat can be smoothly inserted just by fully expanding the sigmoid colon and rectum cavity at the remote end of a smoothing anastomotic stoma before anastomosis; and when the anastomosis part exceeds the anus by 15cm to the sigmoid colon section, because the enteric cavity is astringent, the circular anastomat with longer specification is more difficult to place, and the increase of the factor of operative complication risks is easy to cause in the placing process, a special machine needs to be designed for realizing the full expansion and smoothing of the sigmoid colon and the rectum. The invention provides the sigmoid colon expanding bar which can bring enough lubricant into the sigmoid colon and rectum cavity and fully expand the enteric cavity to solve the clinic problems.
