The quantitative spoon comprises a spoon body, a cover plate driving part and a cover plate, wherein the spoon body comprises a groove body; the groove body comprises an opening surrounded by an opening surface; the over plate driving part is rotationally arranged on the spoon body; and the cover plate is arranged on the cover plate driving part, so that when a force is applied to the cover plate driving part, the cover plate driving part rotates to drive the cover plate to rotate adhering the opening surface so as to sweep the opening, and when the cover plate rotates to a sealing cover position, the cover plate seals the opening. After scooping is completed, the rotation of the cover plate is driven by the cover plate driving part to slick an article, thereby achieving the correct measurement of the article; and simultaneously, after the slicking is completed, the cover plate seals the opening, a user can perform large vibration or shaking so as to shake off the polluted articles outside the sealing cover type quantitative spoon; and the opening is sealed by the cover plate, thus being convenient for the user to move for a long distance.
