The device is installed on a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) circuit board of the vehicle controller and the device comprises an RFID reader, an antenna, an antenna rotary table, a rotary shaft and a connection wire, wherein the RFID reader and the antenna are arranged on the antenna rotary table and the antenna rotary table is connected with the rotary shaft; the antenna rotary table drives the RFID reader and the antenna to rotate through the rotary shaft to realize the direction adjustment of the antenna; the RFID reader is connected with the PCB circuit board through the connection wire, wherein the RFID reader is used for receiving signals sent by an active RFID label through the antenna. The antenna adjustment device is provided with the active RFID label, the data transmission is not limited by the installation direction of the controller and the antenna adjustment can be carried out by the antenna adjustment device according to strength information of the received signals, so that the antenna can be adjusted to be best receiving direction.
