Abstract

The device comprises an installation bracket, a sliding rod, a pointer, a sliding block, a connecting rod, an outer fixed barrel, an inner telescopic barrel, a graduated scale, a connecting shaft, a rotary graduated disk, a fixed graduated disk and a water level. The measuring method comprises the following steps of: arranging the measuring device on sections on two sides of all wheel belts of the rotary kiln in turn, adjusting a position of the sliding block relative to the sliding rod, a position of the inner telescopic barrel relative to the outer fixed barrel and an angle of the rotary graduated disk relative to the fixed graduated disk, and measuring a spatial position parameter of a sensor at the front end of the inner telescopic barrel and measured data of the sensor at each moment in the process of operating the rotary kiln by one circle; and calculating and drawing the instantaneous operating axis of the barrel at each moment and the average operating axis of the barrel in the process of operating the rotary kiln by one circle by using the parameters and the measured data. By the measuring method, the condition that each bearing deviates from a theoretical bearing in the process of operating the rotary kiln can be more comprehensively measured.
