Specifically, the additives are at least selected from two of zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, borax, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, and potassium nitrate. The composite water-retaining agent containing trace elements of the invention not only has a water retention effect for plants, but also can provide nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other trace elements necessary for plant growth.
