Abstract

The invention provides an automatic detection device which comprises a support frame, a driving mechanism arranged on the support frame, an acquisition mechanism arranged on the support frame and a bottle gripping mechanism arranged on the support frame. The driving mechanism comprises a first driver and a spindle which is driven to rotate by the first driver. The acquisition mechanism comprises a second driver, a driven shaft driven by the second driver and a detection disk which is arranged on the driven shaft in a swinging mode. The driven shaft and the spindle are arranged in a coaxial mode. The detection disk is fixedly provided with a camera, a side light source and a bottom light source, wherein the side light source is fixedly arranged at the side end of the detection disk and is arranged opposite to the camera; and the bottom light source is fixed on the top surface of the detection disk. The bottle gripping mechanism comprises a main rotary table arranged on the spindle and a plurality of bottle gripping assemblies arranged on the main rotary table, wherein the main rotary table and the detection disk are controlled by the first driver and the second driver to move towards the same direction; and under the control of the first driver and the second driver, the main rotary table and the detection disk have the same operating speeds. The automatic detection device is beneficial for acquiring an image and improving the detection accuracy.
