The method comprises the following steps that: the master station sends a meter reading command to a data concentrator, wherein the meter reading command is an energy meter reading command; the master station receives first confirmation information from the data concentrator; the master station sends a reading data command to the data concentrator to ensure that data of an energy meter can be conveniently read by the data concentrator, wherein the reading data command is an energy meter reading data command; and the master station counters the reading success rate of the data concentrator on the data of the energy meter.
