The energy storage circuit is connected in parallel with the rechargeable battery. The electrical energy increasing circuit comprises at least one group of magnetic core coil and a rectification circuit electrically connected with the output ends of the magnetic core coil of each group respectively. The input end of a primary coil of the first group of magnetic core coil is electrically connected with the cathode of the rechargeable battery. The output end of the rectification circuit is electrically connected in parallel with the energy storage circuit. The input end of the oscillation circuit is electrically connected with the output end of a primary coil of the last group of the electrical energy increasing circuit.
