A master device and slave device communication circuit comprises a master device, a slave device and a bus, wherein the master device comprises a microcontroller, a power source module and an address setting module; the slave device comprises a microcontroller and a power source module; the power source module of the master device is connected with the power source module of the slave device by the address setting module; the address setting module is used for detecting total currents output by the master device and outputs an ID address setting signal in proportionality constant to the totalcurrents to a new accessed slave device and the master device according to the total currents; the new accessed slave device correspondingly sets an ID address according to the ID address setting signal; and the master device records the ID address that is the ID address of the new accessed slave device according to the ID address setting signal. The master device and slave device communication circuit can automatically set the ID address of the slave device.
