Abstract

The invention discloses a solar photovoltaic junction box component, comprising a box body, a box cover and external cables. An electric connector is arranged in the box body and at least comprises sheet metals which are simultaneously connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of a solar-cell panel and connectors which form electric connection with the external cables. Gel potting cavities for injecting gels are formed between access positions of the external cables in the box body and the connectors. Compared with the prior art, the solar photovoltaic junction box component has the advantages that part of the external cables in the box body is in sealing connection with the box body by using the gels, thus being capable of reliably preventing water from entering into the box body through gaps between the box body and the external cables. In addition, first coating forming structures are formed at the access positions between the external wall of the box body and the external cables; second coating forming structures are formed at electric connection positions between bare wires of the external cables in the box body and the connectors; and the first coatingforming structure and the second coating forming structure can be used to reliably fix the external cables on the box body, and have a water-proof function.
