The method comprises the following steps that a data cache pool is arranged at the front end of an encoder, video and audio data are stored into the cache pool according to a time sequence; the outlet of the data cache pool is opened so that uncoded video and audio data are synchronously output through the cache pool and enter the encoder to encode a file; when an output file is switched, the system sends a file switching message; the video and audio data are synchronized in the cache pool again so that the total length of a video stream sent to the encoder is equal to the total length of an audio stream sent to the encoder, and then the outlet of the data cache pool is closed; the encoder enables encoded data in the encoder to generate a file and outputs the file to a target position of a hard disk; the outlet of the data cache pool is opened again, and encoding operation is repeated until all the video and audio data are collected.
