The method comprises the following steps of: arranging a data acquirer at an operation region of the track play facility; transmitting acquired data to a programmable controller by the data acquirer; summarizing and transmitting the data to a processor by the programmable controller; comparatively analyzing the acquired and summarized data with date memorized in a database, and transmitting an alarm for starting dispatching the vehicle or stopping dispatching the vehicle by the processor; when the track vehicle runs, transmitting acquired vehicle speed data to the programmable controller by the data acquirer; summarizing and transmitting the vehicle speed data to the processor by the programmable controller; and comparatively analyzing the acquired and summarized with the date memorized in the database, and transmitting a normal or abnormal alarm by the processor. In order to reduce or even avoid the occurrence of the phenomenon that the vehicle is influenced by a track environment, the facility operation and the peripheral environment are continuously monitored, and the vehicle carried with visitors is only allowed to be dispatched under a proper condition, so that the safety of visitors is guaranteed.
