When the waterless one-off tea in the sealed cup is packaged, the cup cover is buckled on the cup edge of the cup opening; the outer side of the cup opening is wrapped by a transparent material; and the joint place is sealed through hot pressing; and when the waterless one-off tea in the sealed cup is used, the outer seal is torn off, the cup cover is uncovered and the tea can be drunk after water is poured into the cup.
