Embodiment Construction

[0022] The present invention provides a method for erecting a power transmission line by setting out an unmanned helicopter. The present invention will be further described below with reference to the drawings and specific implementation methods.

[0023] In the present invention, ZHF-800 unmanned aerial vehicle is adopted as the drawing-out tool. Before construction, the following preparatory work should be carried out:

[0024] (1) At each work site, the layout of the large and small tractors has been completed, the conductor ground wire has been transported into the site and the conductor coil frame has been installed, the spanning frame has been erected, and the guide and ground wire pulleys have been hung.

[0025] (2) Choose a place with a length and width of about 2.5m and a flat surface as the UAV take-off and landing site.

[0026] (3) At the position of the ground wire support of each base tower in the construction section, tie bamboo poles and place eye-catching co...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of overhead transmission lines of a power system, in particular to a method for paying off an overhead transmission line by an unmanned helicopter. In the method, the unmanned helicopter carries an aramid cord messenger and takes off, and throws the aramid cord to a designated tower; by adopting a manual direct traction or small tractor drawing mode, the aramid cord messenger draws a dyneema cord, and then the dyneema cord draws a pilot rope; and after the pilot rope is drawn to a small traction station, two sides of the pilot rope are connected and hoisted to draw a large haulage rope to complete the wiring work. The unmanned helicopter is easy and flexible to control, and has the advantages of high construction efficiency, stable operation and high safety when being used for spanning lead wires of the overhead transmission line. By utiliziing the method, trees and other construction passages are not needed to cut down, residents are not disturbed, and local geographic features and other natural resources are not damaged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of overhead power transmission lines in electric power systems, and in particular relates to a method for erecting power transmission lines by unmanned helicopters. Background technique [0002] For a long time, the erection method of overhead transmission lines in power systems has been perplexing every power builder engaged in this industry. Especially at the beginning of 2003, high-voltage lines in most parts of southern my country suffered from snow and ice disasters, causing heavy losses to the national economy. It is our bounden duty to seek an economical, applicable, efficient and safe construction method. From the 50s of last century, the use of human traction to stretch and release the ground wires, to the 1980s, the use of mechanical traction tension machines to tension the wires, and today still use the method of tension machines to stretch the ground wires and pull the guide ropes. There are alw...
