The invention discloses a paper feeding device for a beta ray-method PM10 online monitor, which comprises a mainboard (11), a driving shaft (17), a fixed shaft (5) and a claw-pole motor (1), wherein the claw-pole motor (1) is in transmission connection with the driving shaft (17); a driven shaft (8) is arranged above filter paper (2) and is provided with a rubber roll (9); the fixed shaft (50 is sleeved with a fixed shaft sleeve (7); a pressing plate (4) is arranged between the fixed shaft sleeve (7) and the driven shaft (8); the fixed shaft sleeve (7) is provided with symmetrical torsion springs to squeeze the pressing plate (4); and the claw-pole motor (1) is provided with a positioning disc (12), and a photoelectric breaker (2) matched with the positioning disc (12) is arranged on the motor body so as to jointly control the rotation of the claw-pole motor (1).
