Problems solved by technology

During the sowing period of Rhododendron alpine, even if a clean substrate is used, the spores of liverworts can still easily germinate on the substrate in the later stage, especially the growth rate of liverwort in liverworts is much faster than that of rhododendron alpine. The pieces of Qian grow rapidly, often covering a large number of young rhododendron seedlings, eventually leading to the death of seedlings

Embodiment 1

[0015] A method for sowing alpine rhododendron sphagnum moss, comprising the steps of:

[0016] Step 1, put 5 cm thick sphagnum moss on the bottom of the alpine rhododendron seeding bed, and spread 5 cm of sterile substrate on the sphagnum moss;

[0017] Step 2, pour enough water into the aseptic matrix, and make the sphagnum moss at the bottom of the aseptic matrix also full of water, until the moisture in the aseptic matrix and the sphagnum moss is saturated;

[0018] Step 3, sow the rhododendron seeds on the surface of the matrix, and complete the sowing of alpine rhododendrons.

Embodiment 2

[0020] A method for sowing alpine rhododendron sphagnum moss, comprising the steps of:

[0021] Step 1, put 10 cm thick sphagnum moss on the bottom of the alpine rhododendron seeding bed, and spread 5 cm of sterile substrate on the sphagnum moss;

[0022] Step 2, pour enough water into the aseptic matrix, and make the sphagnum moss at the bottom of the aseptic matrix also full of water, until the moisture in the aseptic matrix and the sphagnum moss is saturated;

[0023] Step 3, sow the rhododendron seeds on the surface of the matrix, and complete the sowing of alpine rhododendrons.

Embodiment 3

[0025] A method for sowing alpine rhododendron sphagnum moss, comprising the steps of:

[0026] Step 1. Pad 10 cm thick sphagnum moss at the bottom of the alpine rhododendron seeding bed, and spread 10 cm of sterile substrate on the sphagnum moss;

[0027] Step 2, pour enough water into the aseptic matrix, and make the sphagnum moss at the bottom of the aseptic matrix also full of water, until the moisture in the aseptic matrix and the sphagnum moss is saturated;

[0028] Step 3, sow the rhododendron seeds on the surface of the matrix, and complete the sowing of alpine rhododendrons.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for sowing alpine rhododendron by utilizing sphagnum, comprising the following steps: 1. paving sphagnum with thickness of 5-10cm on the bottom of the alpine rhododendron sowing bed and paving sterile matrix with thickness of 5-10cm on sphagnum; 2. spraying enough water to the sterile matrix to ensure sphagnum below the sterile matrix to be full of water until the water in the sterile matrix and sphagnum is saturated; and 3. sowing the alpine rhododendron seeds on the surface of the matrix, thus completing sowing the alpine rhododendron. In the method, by utilizing the characteristic that sphagnum and liverwort restrict each other in the growth period, growth of liverwort can be effectively controlled in the sowing and growth processes of the alpine rhododendron seeds, thus providing good ecological environment for growth of the alpine rhododendron seeds. Besides, sphagnum has super-strong capability of retaining water, thus stably retaining the water in the matrix for long term and saving labor.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for sowing alpine rhododendron, in particular to a method for sowing alpine rhododendron peat moss. Background technique [0002] Rhododendron alpine is a world-renowned ornamental flower. There are two-thirds of the world's wild species distributed in my country, but there is no mass production in the domestic flower market. The main reason is that its growth is slow, the flowering cycle (childhood) is long, and it is difficult to adopt traditional propagation methods (seeding, cutting, grafting, etc.), which also restricts the commercial development of alpine Rhododendron. This method mainly introduces a sowing method of alpine rhododendron, which can greatly increase the production quantity of alpine rhododendron seedlings and reduce management costs. [0003] Rhododendron alpine seeds are small, and the thousand-grain weight of most species ranges from a few milligrams to more than one hundred milligrams. During g...
