The main principle is that: the method comprises the following steps of: scanning terms to be annotated in an opened document; determining the annotation content of the current term to be annotated according to a mapping relationship between the terms to be annotated and annotation contents; annotating the current term to be annotated according to the annotation content; and replacing other same terms to be annotated scanned in the document with the currently successfully annotated term. The method and the system can quickly annotate a plurality of same terms in a WORD document and greatly save annotation time so as to improve the annotation efficiency of an annotation tool.
