Problems solved by technology

[0008] This method has the following two shortcomings: 1) What is obtained is the total vibration energy of the two components, and the wave field separation is not realized; 2) The migration result obtained by this method is that when the energy of a certain shot point propagates to the underground reflection interface excited vibration
But prestack depth migration relies on a more accurate velocity model
Conventional velocity modeling methods cannot achieve sufficient accuracy

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of seismic prospecting, in particular to a pre-stack depth migration method. The method comprises the following steps of: performing migration velocity analysis on seismic data; calculating travel time, arc length, emergence angle and incidence angle by ray tracing; performing migration aperture calculation; and performing pre-stack depth migration by using a Kirchhoff integration vector migration formula. The method integrates migration velocity analysis, migration aperture selection, ray tracing and Kirchhoff integration formula, does not need wave field separation, and realizes multi-component simultaneous migration and accurate homing of converted wave. Based on the practical exploration data, the pre-stack depth migration method has good surface imaging effect and high imaging resolution, the continuity of the deep reflecting in-phase axis on a converted wave imaging section is improved, and the construction is clearer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of seismic exploration, in particular to a pre-stack depth migration method. Background technique [0002] Migration is the last step in seismic data processing, and it is also the most important and critical process, especially for complex subsurface media. [0003] Due to the non-horizontal nature of the underground medium horizon, the seismic stacking section cannot reflect the real horizon shape. Therefore, it is necessary to further migrate the seismic data on the basis of stacking to correct the horizon caused by the existence of the stratigraphic dip. The time-shift of the illusion of reflection makes the reflection of the subterranean horizon return to its original position, and reflects the real undulating shape and occurrence of the stratum. [0004] There are two types of migration methods, one is based on stacking, which is called post-stack migration; the other is migrated before stacking, which is calle...
